Turtle Shores..... The original section, Phase 1, is on the left. Newer phases to the right. Turtle Shores is built out with 298 homesites. Only 5 lots remain with one for sale on the marsh and four interior lots the owners hope to build on one day.

A gated community, TURTLE SHORES currently is built out with about 293 homes in place. Current association fee is only $94.50 per month and there is no CDD fee for all the wonderful amenities in this community!

The Pool & Clubhouse

The TURTLE SHORES pool features a scenic white coral rock waterfall flowing into the pool. The pool is a heated pool and available for use 10 months out of the year. There is also an ajacent heated spa, and a picnic pavilion on the right. The clubhouse features a well equipped fitness center, sauna, and meeting/party room for Turtle Shores residents to enjoy.

TURTLE SHORES Beachfront Pavilion

Having a fifteen foot bluff protecting the community from occasional strong seas is a natural blessing. The commanding view of the Atlantic ocean is great! Turn around and you have great views of the marsh and Intracoastal waterway. Picnic tables are on the pavilion as well as a shower to rinse off those sandy feet. And this is a great spot to watch those shuttle launches from the Cape.

The Beach

The non-driving beach is a great spot for a stroll while looking for shells, sharks teeth, and other treasures from the sea.

Brenda & Ron At The "Turtle Tunnel"

TURTLE SHORES is the community in North Florida with a short, lighted tunnel to the beach. This provides safe passage for everyone from toddlers to seniors. Plus... what a great benefit for wheelchair users who can wheel right up to a picnic table and enjoy the ocean views.

On The Pond

TURTLE SHORES has several ponds and lagoons in the community. The water attracts numerous species of birds and fish.

Phase 1 Beach Style Homes
